Job summary

Kolter Hospitality is seeking a Part-Time Bartender to deliver service excellence and create a welcoming environment at Delray Beach. You will set up, prepare and serve beverages, including signature cocktails, while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Weekend shift is required (Saturday and Sunday). The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of bartending experience, knowledge of menus and specials, and the ability to handle payments, keep the bar stocked, and follow safety and liquor laws.

• At least 1 year of bartending experience preferred.
• No formal education required.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar and restock supplies for service.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Check I.D.s and ensure liquor laws are followed.
• Engage guests in a cordial, efficient and professional manner.
• Process and collect payments from guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Know menus, specials and participate in bar promotions.
• Follow safety procedures and report repairs as needed.
