Job summary

Kolter Hospitality is seeking a bartender for Embassy Suites Sarasota to deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming bar environment. You will set up, prepare and serve beverages, check IDs, and support bar promotions while engaging guests in a friendly, efficient manner.

The role requires maintaining cleanliness, handling payments, and following safety procedures. Pre-employment background checks and a drug test are required, with weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of bartending experience preferred.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, prepare and serve beverages to guests.
• Prepare beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Properly check I.D.s.
• Assist in bar promotions and engage guests.
• Process and collect payments from guests.
