Krazy Kat’s at Montchanin invites a Bartender to join a historic 1840s setting in Montchanin Village. You’ll deliver exceptional cocktails and beverage service while introducing guests to our evolving culinary vision under Chef Dwain Kalup.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant/bar.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Warm, confident, and outgoing personality.
• Ability to balance great hospitality with speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Dependability and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging, and attentive service to bar guests.
• Prepare cocktails and other beverages accurately and consistently.
• Develop strong knowledge of our cocktail, wine, beer, and food menus.
• Make thoughtful recommendations and help guests discover something they’ll enjoy.
• Prepare beverages efficiently for both bar guests and dining room service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Follow responsible alcohol service and proper cash-handling procedures.
• Work closely with servers, the kitchen, and restaurant leadership to keep service running smoothly.
• Help create a bar experience that draws both hotel guests and the local community.

Located in the heart of historic Montchanin Village, Krazy Kat’s is entering an exciting new chapter under the culinary leadership of James Beard Award semifinalist Chef Dwain Kalup. Set in a historic 1840s building, the restaurant combines an incredible setting with an ambitious new vision for food and hospitality.

We’re looking for a Bartender who brings personality, energy, and genuine hospitality to the bar. You’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for bar guests while delivering consistently excellent cocktails, wine, beer, and beverage service for the dining room.
