What will I be doing?

As a Barback, you will be responsible for preparing and servicing bars throughout the hotel, supporting the delivery of outstanding guest service and profitability. Your tasks will include:

• Retrieving orders from storeroom, checking stock, and reconciling with requisitions
• Preparing garnishes and fruits, mixing and pouring juices, storing supplies
• Assisting the bartender with stocking and maintaining the bar (paper products, condiments, glassware, ice, produce)
• Transporting and replacing beer kegs, performing routine maintenance
• Maintaining cleanliness of the bar area and storage spaces
