Our restaurant portfolio in the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport includes Banh Shop, Flying Square, Flying Saucer, and IHOP.

As a Bartender, you can expect to:

• Process orders accurately into the POS system.
• Receive payments and give change.
• Serve cold, frozen, and hot drinks, along with a variety of food items.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area throughout the day.
• Clean equipment, utensils, remove trash, sweep, mop, dust, and clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least one year of bartending experience, including certification by a relevant training program.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and alcohol service.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English to communicate with guests and take orders.
• Basic mathematical skills for operating the cash register, making change, and understanding weights and measurements.
• Brand certification as required.
• Ability to operate a keyboard and POS system for pre-checks, ordering, and closing checks.
• Ability to work and stand in confined spaces for extended periods.
