- Know the plays—recommend drinks, menu items, and specials like a pro.
- Keep the bar stocked, organized, and gameday-ready at all times.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions quickly and accurately.
- Jump in as a teammate—help serve food, run drinks, and ensure every guest has a championship experience.
- Build regulars—learn names, make connections, and be the reason guests come back.
- Keep it clean—wash glassware, wipe down surfaces, and maintain a bar that looks as good as it runs.
- Always play as part of the team, supporting coworkers on and off the floor.

- State-required alcohol service certification (Responsible Vendor, TABC, SafeStaff, or equivalent).
- Friendly, outgoing, and enjoy working with people.

- Can hustle—stand, move, and stay on your feet for long shifts.
- Strong communication skills and confidence to connect with guests.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and keep up in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and gameday.
What We’re Looking For
