Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza in Florida is seeking a bartender to deliver warm hospitality and craft cocktails in a fast-paced setting. You’ll greet guests, recommend drinks, and ensure accuracy in orders while maintaining a clean, organized bar and dining area.

Responsibilities include taking orders, handling the POS, restocking, and upholding alcohol service safety. Part-time positions with opportunities for growth and occasional full-time benefits are available.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the ACFP menu to confidently answer questions and make suggestive sales.
• Create high-quality, craft cocktails with consistency and care.
• Maintain a full understanding of alcoholic beverage laws and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Be of legal age to serve alcohol, per state guidelines.
• Build genuine connections with guests, creating memorable dining experiences.
• Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
• Stand for the duration of your shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
• Keep a positive attitude and friendly demeanor throughout each shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, upholding food safety and quality standards.

We offer hands-on training, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive team environment. Bartender positions typically start as part-time, with the potential to move into full-time roles. Full-time employees are eligible for health benefits.

Previous experience as a bartender, bar back, server, or in any other front-of-house (FOH) restaurant role is highly desirable.
