Job summary

Bella Vista Ristorante is seeking a friendly bartender to be the face of our hotel bar, greeting guests and providing expert drink service alongside food offerings.

You will prepare cocktails to high standards, engage guests with recommendations, and collaborate with servers to ensure a seamless dining experience. A focus on cleanliness, safety, and accurate transactions is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to be on your feet most of the day with frequent bending and kneeling.
• Ability to lift, push and pull heavy objects up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
• Night, weekend and holiday shifts required.
• Knowledge of a wide range of drinks; bartending training preferred.
• Fluent in the local language and able to communicate warmly.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere and set the tone for each guest's experience.
• Prepare and serve drinks to high standards and highlight promotions.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to provide seamless food and drink service.
• Stock bar, manage inventory and ensure equipment is functioning.
