Ever Restaurant Group is seeking passionate bartenders for our After Lounge. Candidates should have at least 5 years of cocktail bar experience and a passion for guest service. Our bartenders guide guests through our cocktail and food programs. If you prioritize teamwork, quality service, and creating memorable moments, this is the role for you.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Participate actively in all front-of-house training programs and meet training expectations.
2. Provide warm, attentive service to guests.
3. Anticipate and accommodate guest needs throughout service.
4. Establish positive relationships with guests.
5. Set up the bar according to layout standards.
6. Assist in preparing juices, garnishes, and syrups needed at the bar.
7. Stock refrigeration units with beer, wine, juice, and water.
8. Present and explain menus to guests at the bar.
9. Recommend food and beverages to patrons.
10. Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks correctly.
11. Maintain bar cleanliness and organization.
12. Follow all cash-handling protocols accurately.
13. Perform opening, side-work, and closing duties as required.
14. Maintain mastery-level knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparation processes.
15. Confidently discuss menu items and offer guidance to guests.
16. Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
