Job summary

Spin-3 is seeking a skilled bartender with proven food service and cocktail experience. The role emphasizes hands-on service, clear communication, prompt and courteous guest handling, and strict hygiene and safety compliance.

You will prepare and serve beverages, manage bar stock, handle payments, and ensure legal drinking age rules are followed. The position requires flexibility in scheduling and a proactive approach in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 1-year of bartending experience in restaurant/hospitality/entertainment management in bar service.
• Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive in problem solving.
• Flexible with varying schedules to reflect the business needs.
• Must have knowledge of food & beverage preparation and service.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull stock, chairs, tables up to 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replace bar stock as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness of bar area, glasses and utensils.
• Comply with federal, state, local, and all legislative and licensing requirements.
