Ever Restaurant Group is looking for passionate bartenders for our After Lounge. Applicants should have at least 5 years of cocktail bar experience with a passion for serving guests. Our bartenders should be able to guide guests through our cocktail and food programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Actively participate in all front of house training programs and consistently meet training expectations.
2. Consistently provide guests with warm service.
3. Anticipate and accommodate guest needs throughout service.
4. Establish positive relationships with guests.
5. Set up the bar according to layout standards.
6. Assist in preparing juices, garnishes, and syrups needed at the bar.
7. Stock refrigeration units with beer, wine, juice, and water products.
8. Present and explain menus to guests at the bar.
9. Provide food and beverage recommendations to bar patrons.
10. Correctly mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons.
11. Maintain bar cleanliness and organization.
12. Follow all cash-handling protocols correctly.
13. Conduct all required opening, side-work, and closing duties as outlined.
14. Maintain mastery-level knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, ingredients, and preparation processes.
15. Speak confidently about the menu and offer well-informed guidance in the selection of menu items and beverages.
16. Perform additional tasks at the direction of management.
