Job summary

Cheshire Pizza & Ale is seeking a friendly Bartender to join our team in Cheshire, CT. In this role you will take customer orders, mix drinks, keep the bar area clean and inviting, and craft a variety of traditional and creative cocktails.

The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-service oriented, and passionate about their craft. A high school diploma or GED and prior hospitality or bartending experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending is preferred.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items.
• Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willing to serve as well as bartend.
• Sundays are a must!

Responsibilities

• Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow all state and federal laws for serving alcoholic beverages
• Collect payment and operate cash register
• Order, maintain, and restock inventory of bar supplies and ingredients
