Job summary

Esplanade Lakewood Ranch, located in Bradenton, FL, is seeking a full-time Bartender to join Troon’s hospitality team at Bahama Bar. You will prepare and serve beverages to members and guests, deliver warm, professional service, and help maintain a clean, organized bar area in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Minimum qualifications include 1–2 years of bartending experience, the ability to thrive outdoors, strong communication and multitasking skills, and open availability for weekends, evenings,

Esplanade Lakewood Ranch, located in Bradenton, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Bartender! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Location

This role is based at Bahama Bar, our vibrant outdoor bar and grill, open seven days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages consistently according to club standards.
• Delivers warm, attentive, and professional service to all members and guests.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stock rotation and setup and breakdown.
• Works collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service during peak periods.
• Accurately processes member charges and maintains compliance with all responsible alcohol service policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of one to two years of bartending experience, preferably in a private club, resort, or high-volume hospitality setting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Open availability — weekends, evenings, and holidays are required.
• Current alcohol service certification is preferred.
