Streamsong Golf Resort in Florida is seeking an experienced bartender to setup, mix and serve drinks, maintain a clean and compliant bar area, and ensure guest satisfaction. This role involves accurate cash handling and adhering to established policies while delivering quality service.

We offer training if SafeStaff or SafeServe certifications are not already held; prior bartending experience is preferred. This is a non-travel, on-site position at Streamsong Resort.

Description

Responsible for set-up, mixing of drinks, service, and cleanup of bar area while enduring quality service, guest satisfaction and the achievement and maintenance standards and profit maximization.

Essential Functions:

• Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures, and policies regarding beverage and safety controls.
• Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner while maintaining commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ring guest checks, collect cash, and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by policies and procedures.
• Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists.
• Know and comply with state liquor laws.
• Perform all side work duties according to side work schedules.
• Perform any other duties required or requested by your Supervisor.

Experience: One-year bartending experience preferred.

We will train and provide certifications if candidate does not already hold Safe Staff or SafeServe certifications.

Skills and Abilities: Ability to read, speak, and write English. Ability to accurately count cash. Ability to operate cash register. Ability to lift up to 36 pounds.
