Job summary

Streamsong Golf Resort in Florida is seeking a Banquet Server to support setup, service and breakdown for events, ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Duties include reading Banquet Event Orders, keeping stations tidy, greeting guests, serving breakfast, lunch or dinner, and handling buffets and equipment safely.

A valid driver's license is required; this is an hourly, non-tipped role with a flat rate and flexible schedule at Streamsong.

Description

Set-up, service, and break down assigned functions in a safe, accident-free manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read Banquet Event Order and know how to complete and review for proper set-up.
• Keep station neat and clean while servicing guest per established policies and procedures.
• Greet and serve guests following guidelines set by the policies/procedures regarding the service of food and beverage.
• Use proper in-room clearing and aisle tray break-down buffet or other special food service tables and equipment.
• Assist in setting up/breaking down buffet or other special food service tables and equipment as needed.
• Follow all guest check and money-handling procedures when serving a-la-carte and beverage orders.
• May be required to drive vehicle or truck between buildings for event functions and setup.

Classification:
