Job summary

Monsieur Dior in Beverly Hills is seeking a Bartender to serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with guidance from a defined cocktail program. This tipped, hourly position requires attentiveness, accuracy, and guest-focused service in a fast-paced setting.

You will support bar inventory, be responsible for mise en place, and collaborate with service and culinary teams to ensure guests have an exceptional experience. Must be 21+, with 2+ years in a busy bar or restaurant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Experience with cash handling and card processing.
• Proficient with computerized POS systems.
• Able to replicate a pre-set beverage menu with consistency.

Responsibilities

• Execute the cocktail and beverage program with precision and consistency.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktail specs, ingredients, methods, and presentation.
• Fulfill off-menu guest requests when appropriate with professionalism.
• Provide gracious service at the bar and tableside.
• Prepare bar mise en place and keep the workspace clean and ready.

Delaware North’s Patina Group is hiring a full-time or part-time Bartender to join our team at Monsieur Dior in Beverly Hills, California. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly while providing an excellent guest experience.

Pay

$18.42 – $18.42 / hour

What will you do?

• Execute the pre-designed cocktail and beverage program with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
• Maintain a deep working knowledge of cocktail specs, ingredients, methods, and presentation standards
• Possess expert-level knowledge of classic cocktails and be prepared to fulfill off-menu guest requests when appropriate
• Provide gracious, professional service to guests both at the bar and tableside
• Prepare all bar mise en place and maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout service
• Support inventory control, prep schedules, restocking, and sanitation protocols
• Communicate effectively with service and culinary teams to ensure seamless pacing and guest satisfaction

More about you

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum of 2 years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant
• Experience in cash handling and credit card processing
• Previous experience using a computerized point of sale system
• Proven ability to replicate a highly detailed, pre-set menu with consistency and efficiency
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
• Strong understanding of spirits, wines, non-alcoholic offerings, and bar service standards
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays
• No high school diploma or GED required

Physical requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Exposure to moderate to high environmental noise levels during busy times
