Vail Resorts in Breckenridge, CO, is hiring bartenders for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. Make connections with guests and co-workers while sharing our passion for the mountains. Full-time and part-time shifts are available.

Starting wage is $12.14 to $16.04 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of $20/hour in tipped positions. Housing is available. Benefits include ski/mountain perks, training, and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co‑workers.

• Follow the leadership’s guidelines as outlined during the daily pre‑shift meeting.
• Create hot and cold beverages to specifications.
• Prepare bar for successful operation throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout and at the end of the workday.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications:

• Starting Wage: $12.14/hr – $16.04/hr.
• If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips.
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027.

The expected pay range is $12.14/hr – $16.04/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
