Job summary

ETS is seeking a Bartender for an in-person role in Vermont. The position offers a 2nd shift, full-time hours, and excellent benefits.

The Bartender will craft cocktails and beverages, deliver personalized guest service, and maintain a polished bar environment—collaborating with cuisine teams to ensure memorable experiences. Ideal candidates have experience in upscale hospitality, strong knowledge of drinks, and superb guest interaction skills.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in upscale hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits, including food and beverage pairing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

Your day-to-day as a Bartender:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with creativity and consistency


• Deliver attentive, personalized service to guests, addressing special requests and preferences


• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including inventory management


• Collaborate with kitchen and dining teams to ensure seamless and memorable guest experiences

Your skills and experience:
