Job summary

Escuela is seeking a Bartender to join our farm-to-table dining team in Oak Hill, TX. You will craft cocktails, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold high standards of service in a unique, community-focused setting.

The ideal candidate has experience in bartending, knowledge of beverages, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• TABC certification required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending preferred.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Team-oriented and collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds of cocktails in a timely manner with consistency.
• Maintain a positive attitude and clean work environment throughout the shift.
• Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow all laws for serving alcohol.
• Work with the bartending team in a fast-paced environment while delivering world-class experiences.
• Execute a new bar program: recipes, techniques, etc.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate is able to navigate the finer techniques within our farm-crafted cocktail program as well as providing an exceptional experience for our patrons. • Make rounds of cocktails in a timely manner while maintaining consistency and composure
• Maintain a positive attitude and clean work environment throughout the shift
• Confirm patrons are of legal drinking age and follow all state and federal laws for serving alcoholic beverages
• Work with your bartending team in a fun, fast-paced environment while still providing world class experiences to our guests
• Executing a new bar program, everything from new recipes, techniques, etc. (NO bad habits)
• Perform duties associated with opening, during shift and closing the bar responsibilities
• Ability to meet the demands of working both inside and outdoors
• Attending bar meetings and other weekly/monthly classes

Requirements

Qualifications

• TABC Certification.
• High school diploma/GED
• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or bartending is preferred
• Mixology or hospitality certification is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items
• Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
