Job summary

Fifth Group Restaurants in Atlanta is seeking an experienced bartender to deliver elevated service, exceptional beverage knowledge, and a welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced setting. You will verify IDs, prepare drinks quickly and accurately, and uphold FGR values with punctual, reliable performance.

This is a full-time position with bi-weekly payroll and an hourly rate up to $36. Candidates should be well-groomed, organized, and capable of multi-tasking across front-of-house and bar

Pay:

Our restaurants operate a bi-weekly payroll system. Bartenders can expect to earn up to $36/hr

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Craft bartending expereince for a minimum of 1 year required

Verify customers' identification to ensure they are of legal age and provide alcoholic drinks in compliance with federal, state, municipal, and corporate rules and regulations

Commitment to embodying FGR values

Experience working in an elevated service environment

Ability to make drinks quickly and accurately

Must possess sound and professional judgment

Physical Requirements

Constant standing and walking

Occasional stooping, kneeling and crawling

Occasional ascending or descending of ladders, stairs and/or ramps

Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours per shift

Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing and rotation of the spine, elbows and wrists

Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs on a regular and continuing basis

Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs, i.e. case of wine, full ice buckets, etc

Constant talking, expressing or exchanging ideas by means of spoken words and in the process of communicating with guests and employees

Constant use of POS/Computer systems

Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays

Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment
