Job summary

Great American Restaurants is seeking a bartender for Sweetwater Tavern in Sterling, VA. You will work in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment to deliver an exceptional bar experience.

Top bartenders make $1,000-$1,500 a week, with benefits such as health insurance, PTO and 401K based on eligibility. You’ll guide guests through menus, take accurate orders, and maintain a clean, safe restaurant.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following functions:

• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our items
• Taking accurate orders and working with other GARStars to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations
• Providing a welcoming and attentive service that makes the guest feel well taken care of and building rapport with them
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
