Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Experience in high-volume bar or fine dining preferred.
• Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages for bar guests and dining service.
• Deliver warm, professional guest experiences.
• Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming bar environment.
• Maintain proper alcohol service standards and verify ID.
• Accurately handle cash and credit transactions and complete tip reporting.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, and pull 30+ pounds.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
