Job summary

Alyeska Resort Inc. in Girdwood, Alaska, is seeking a friendly Bartender to join our culinary team. You'll craft cocktails, serve guests, and contribute to a fast-paced on-site dining environment.

You’ll use our POS system, maintain bar inventory, and assist with menu specials while delivering exceptional service. A valid TAPS Card and customer service experience are preferred; training is provided. We offer a starting wage of $14/hour, housing options, PTO, holidays, and a range of employee

• Prepare beverages ordered through point-of-sale system.
• Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Serve wine and draught or bottled beer, prepare espresso drinks to order.
• Perform inventory, turn orders into the manager to maintain inventory par levels, stock and prepare product for the bar.
• Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
• Learn menu items and daily specials.
• Work the floor in bar and lounge.
• Set lounge for service.

We’re looking for Bartender professionals to join our culinary team in Girdwood, Alaska.

What You’ll Do
