Job summary

Indiana Automotive Fasteners is seeking a Machine Operator in Greenfield, IN to run production equipment, ensure quality, and support efficient manufacturing. Training starts on the 1st shift (6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m., up to 15 weeks) before transitioning to 2nd or 3rd shifts with hourly pay of $22.00 and $23.00 respectively.

Starting pay is $21.00/hr, with overtime possible. Requirements include 6 months–1 year related experience or a 1-year technical certificate; troubleshooting preferred; ability

• Troubleshooting experience (preferred)

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly and 100 lbs occasionally
• Stand for extended periods
• Walk, bend, twist, and use hands frequently
• Work in high temperatures (100–120°F near machines)
• Background check required

Description

All new hires will complete training on the 1st shift:

• 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday
• Training may last up to 15 weeks

After completing training, you will move to the hired shift:

• 2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., Monday–Friday ($22.00/hr)
• 3rd Shift: 10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Sunday- Thursday ($23.00/hr)

Starting Pay:

• 1st Shift: $21.00/hr

Overtime

• Certain areas work 2 to 4 hours before or after a scheduled shift. Including weekends
