All new hires will complete training on the 1st shift: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. Training may last up to 15 weeks.
After completing training, you will move to the hired shift:
Certain areas work 2 to 4 hours before or after a scheduled shift, including weekends.
As a Machine Operator, you’ll operate production equipment, ensure product quality, and support efficient manufacturing operations. This role involves loading and unloading parts, monitoring cycle times, and performing inspections to meet safety and quality standards.
Team members work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, machinery, and physical activity. Conditions include standing, lifting, bending, and operating equipment.
