Training Schedule
All new hires will complete training on the 1st shift:
- 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday
- Training may last up to 6 weeks; after 6 weeks you will move to your hired shift.
Hired Shifts
- 2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., Monday–Friday ($22.00/hr)
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m., Sunday–Thursday ($23.00/hr)
Compensation
Overtime
- Mandatory training overtime during weeks 11‑14 of training—4 hours.
- Certain areas work 2 to 4 hours before or after a scheduled shift, including weekends.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform routine machine setup and changeovers.
- Run orders according to product specifications and standard practices.
- Sort, label, and package products per customer and quality requirements.
- Conduct product testing using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Follow quality standards, procedures, and production schedules.
- Monitor gauges, temperatures, pressures, and process controls.
- Maintain accurate production records and equipment logs.
- Maintain work areas using 4S+ standard work practices.
- Operate equipment to move, load, and ship materials.
- Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
- Assist team members to meet departmental and site goals.
- Participate in continuous improvement and problem‑solving initiatives.
- Maintain a constant state of alertness and work safely.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training, or a 1‑year technical certificate, or equivalent combination.
- Machine aptitude (preferred).
- Troubleshooting experience (preferred).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical requirements:
- Lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly and 100 lbs occasionally.
- Stand for extended periods.
- Walk, bend, twist, and use hands frequently.
- Work in high temperatures (100‑120°F near machines).
