Job summary

Tatte Bakery & Cafe in Wellesley, MA is seeking friendly Barista team members to create welcoming experiences and craft high-quality coffee beverages. You will follow Tatte recipes, maintain a clean station, and provide exceptional hospitality to every guest.

Our Baristas create welcoming experiences for every guest while handcrafting high-quality coffee beverages with care, consistency, and attention to detail. You’ll provide exceptional hospitality, prepare beverages according to Tatte recipes and standards, and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.

We Are Looking For Team Members Who

• Have engaging, warm, and welcoming communication skills
• Have a passion for hospitality and coffee
• Enjoy working as part of a team and helping wherever needed

• Have flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ideally have at least 1 year of barista experience using manual espresso equipment in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced café environment
• At least 1 year of experience using manual espresso equipment in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment is preferred

Essential Functions / Working Conditions
