Job summary

Tatte Bakery & Cafe in Maywood, NJ is seeking a Barista to welcome guests and handcraft high-quality espresso beverages with care and consistency. You will contribute to a warm, organized cafe and follow Tatte recipes and standards.

We value hospitality, coffee passion, and teamwork. At least 1 year of espresso experience is preferred; this is a full-time on-site position with competitive pay, tip share, and benefits.

THE ROLE

Our Baristas create welcoming experiences for every guest while handcrafting high-quality coffee beverages with care, consistency, and attention to detail. You'll provide exceptional hospitality, prepare beverages according to Tatte recipes and standards, and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.

We Are Looking For Team Members Who

• Have engaging, warm, and welcoming communication skills
• Have a passion for hospitality and coffee

• Ideally have at least 1 year of barista experience using manual espresso equipment in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment
