Job summary

Tatte Bakery & Cafe in Washington, DC is seeking team members to deliver exceptional hospitality and crafted coffee beverages. You will greet guests, prepare espresso drinks to our standards, and maintain a clean bar area while supporting a collaborative team environment.

The role values enthusiasm for coffee, guest service, and flexibility across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. Experience preferred but not required for all roles.

Our Baristas create welcoming experiences for every guest while handcrafting high-quality coffee beverages with care, consistency, and attention to detail. You’ll provide exceptional hospitality, prepare beverages according to Tatte recipes and standards, and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.

We Are Looking For Team Members Who

• Have engaging, warm, and welcoming communication skills
• Have a passion for hospitality and coffee

• Have flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ideally have at least 1 year of barista experience using manual espresso equipment in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment

Key Responsibilities
