Macy's is seeking a Barista Trainer to support the Starbucks Manager in running a professional, safe, and profitable Starbucks operation inside Macy's. Shift schedules typically include weekends, with 30+ hours for full-time and 12-24 hours for part-time colleagues.

You will lead, train and coach team members to deliver high-quality beverages and service. This role emphasizes adherence to standards, strong teamwork with store leadership, and ongoing staff development to ensure a positive guest

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct associates to provide food products and customer service.
• Ensure drip coffee, espresso and pastries meet Macy's/Starbucks standards.
• Train, coach and motivate staff to maximize performance.
