About the Barista position

We’re searching for a barista with exceptional skills, experience, and enthusiasm to get our guests' favorite drink orders just right.

A little taste of your day-to-day

• Taking guest orders and making menu recommendations
• Preparing and serving a variety of hot, cold, artisan, and specialty beverages
• Receiving and processing guest payments
• Ordering, receiving, and distributing essential stock
• Maintaining cleanliness standards across all work areas and equipment

What we need from you

• Communication and customer service skills
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
• Knowledge of various beverage recipes and espresso production
• Ability to work under pressure
• Demonstrating exceptional timekeeping and reliability
• Passion for coffee and coffee artistry

The hourly pay rate for this role is $25.75, applicable for jobs performed in Washington, DC. This is the starting rate we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
