About the Barback position

The secret ingredient in every single item served in our bars is a pinch of hard work behind the scenes. We’re looking for a Barback to assist our Bartenders in preparing, setting, and maintaining exceptional standards in our outlets.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Stocking bars with liquor, beer, wine, ice, and supplies by following established procedures.
• Cleaning beverage equipment, glasses, and service areas; assisting Bar Wait Staff and bartenders in clearing tables and cleaning the lounge area.
• Assisting Bartender in the preparation of garnishes and mixes.
• Performing side-work, and any other opening or closing duties as required.
• Clearing and cleaning tables in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Responding courteously and promptly to all guest requests and complaints.
• Making appropriate service recovery gestures according to established guidelines.

What we need from you

• Previous experience as a Barback.
• Experience working in a busy bar environment and working to deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new things and work as part of a wider hotel team.

The hourly pay rate for this role is $25.75. This is the starting rate we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors.
