Qualifications

• 1+ year of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in food service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily barista operations on-site under management direction.
• Coordinate fast casual, coffee counter service, and cafe activities.
• Ensure safety and a clean, welcoming environment for staff and customers.
• Provide training and orientation for employees.
• Assist in maintaining customer satisfaction and service quality.
