Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Barista Supervisor at MARQUETTE UNIVERSITY - BREWS to lead on-site coffee service operations. You will supervise service staff across fast casual, counter, cafeterias and events, ensuring quality, efficiency and a positive guest experience.

The role offers full-time employment with a pay range of $20.00–$21.00 per hour, flexible shifts, and opportunities for training and career growth within Sodexo's campus dining program.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in food service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily barista operations on-site under management direction.
• Coordinate fast casual, coffee counter service, and cafe activities.
• Ensure safety and a clean, welcoming environment for staff and customers.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.00

What You’ll Do: As a Barista Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provide oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business


• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.


• Facilitate orientation and training of employees


• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.


• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity


• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
