Qualifications

• Preferable supervisory and/or barista experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.
• Special skills: customer focused, strong interpersonal skills, and food handling certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Welcome and connect with each customer
• Effectively recommend products and accommodate purchases to enhance the customer experience
• Provide product demonstrations and sampling
• Follow merchandising, stock, rotation, and storage standards
• Present oneself in a clean professional manner during every shift
• Contribute to Store Profitability: follow proper cash handling procedures and register policies
• Follow inventory and stock guidelines
• Learn and demonstrate knowledge as a barista and about all standards established by The GIANT Company and Starbucks
