Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure assigned job expectations are completed.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management to meet quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage growth within the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
