Job summary

ARRIVE by Palisociety in Austin is seeking a Barista/Server to unite the coffee bar and floor service. You will prepare espresso drinks and refreshments while delivering a warm, guest-centered experience, creating memorable moments for both guests and locals.

Applicants should have a friendly, detail-oriented approach, the ability to multitask, and a flexible schedule to cover shifts. Training on service steps and menu knowledge is provided to support growth across our nationwide portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming guest experience from greeting to farewell.
• Learn our steps of service, products, menu, and systems inside and out.
• Take orders, prepare espresso drinks, serve coffee and refreshments, adjust milk/sugar/shots to guest preference.
• Keep coffee bar and side-work areas restocked, prepped, and organized with the team.
• Communicate with managers on feedback and coordinate with hotel staff about promotions.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and process payments accurately.
