Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, desserts and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Bake and serve desserts for catering events and diner
• Prepare and set-up coffee stations and lunch/box lunches for catering events.
• Assist with serving diner breakfast and Lunch when needed.
• Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and provide menu recommendations.
• Handle cash register operations and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, equipment, and front-of- house.
• Restock supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels.
• Follow health and safety regulations consistently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Promote and upsell products to enhance sales.
