Uncle Giuseppe's in Ramsey, NJ is hiring a Barista to join our Espresso Bar team. If you love coffee and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this is your chance to shine.

We’re seeking energetic individuals 18+, with weekend/holiday availability and a passion for great service. Training is provided, and you’ll help deliver friendly, high-quality coffee and a welcoming experience for every customer.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a server or barista.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Practice basic safety procedures with respect to equipment and handling hot beverages.
• Efficient and organized.
• Must be able to speak, read and understand English.

Working Conditions

1. Most of the time is spent moving about continuously on hard surfaces. There may be a need to frequently position oneself to examine and/or scan merchandise, including bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping.
2. May require lifting objects up to 30 pounds. May require lifting and moving heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance.
3. Usually in a comfortable indoor environment surrounded by moving machinery and/or loud equipment that may require shouting in order to be heard. There could be exposure to temperature extremes from freezers, ovens, and/or coolers.
