Coach, part of the Tapestry family, is seeking a Barista to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store sales. You will greet guests, know the menu and brand heritage, promote beverages and merchandise, and maintain cleanliness and safety on the floor and in the back of house.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks.
• Organizational skills and ability to work with food & beverage operating systems.
• Ability to meet store policies, including food safety and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Guest Engagement: Greet and assist guests warmly, creating memorable experiences.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of menu, merchandise, and brand heritage.
• Selling Skills: Promote beverages, food, and merchandise; customize orders and highlight limited items.
• Visual Standards: Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain cleanliness and safety; operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members to solve problems and share selling strategies.
