Job summary

Bashas' Starbucks in Tucson is seeking a Barista to deliver the Starbucks Experience by providing prompt service, quality beverages, and a clean store environment. You will work in a fast-paced setting, handle orders at the register, and help maintain product standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age. Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and the mission of both Bashas' and Starbucks
• Operating a register and accurately handle customer cash, credit/debit payments, and change
• Assisting all customers by providing information and resolving any complaints
• Assisting with stocking shelves, facing, cleaning and dusting as needed
• Maintaining Safety and Sanitation standards throughout the store
• All other related duties as assigned
