Bashas' Starbucks Barista Thornydale & Cortaro in Tucson, AZ is hiring to deliver the Starbucks Experience through prompt service, quality beverages, and a clean store environment. The role involves cash handling, assisting customers, stocking shelves, and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the Bashas’ and Starbucks culture, values, and mission.
• Operating a register and accurately handle customer cash, credit/debit payments, and change
• Assisting all customers by providing information and resolving any complaints
• Assisting with stocking shelves, facing, cleaning and dusting as needed
• Maintaining Safety and Sanitation standards throughout the store
• All other related duties as assigned
