Pink House Alchemy is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Barista to join our team. This position is responsible for creating high-quality drinks, providing excellent customer service, and helping maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to Pink House Alchemy standards and recipes.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service.
• Educate customers about Pink House Alchemy products, flavors, and menu offerings.
• Accurately take orders and process customer transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, café, equipment, and customer areas.
• Restock ingredients, cups, supplies, and merchandise throughout the shift.
• Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and opening/closing procedures.
• Monitor product quality and presentation.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining accuracy and a positive customer experience.
• Assist with other café and retail responsibilities as needed.
