Qualifications

• Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Understand and implement different brewing methods, ingredients, and equipment to prepare tea and coffee drinks such as espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and other custom orders.
• Engage with customers, take orders, and process payments while offering friendly and efficient service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning tables, counters, and coffee machines.
• Manage inventory of products and supplies to maintain stock levels and minimize waste.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers.
