Barista plays a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing professional and efficient food and beverage service during everyday cafe operations. Their primary function is to ensure that all guests feel welcomed and attended to, following event specifications and service standards. From the setup of the cafe and the Barista counter to serving every guest that comes to the cafe, they maintain an acute focus on detail and hospitality. Baristas work collaboratively with the kitchen to ensure the guest is properly taken care of and receives professional service in a timely manner. This individual will be expected to reset, stock, and clean (opening and closing checklist) and ensure that all equipment is cleaned and stored appropriately. The Barista position is the front line to Food & Beverage and has the ability to positively impact the guest experience!
This role pays an hourly rate of $21.30 and is tip eligible.
