Qualifications

Specialty coffee experience is a plus.
Availability for nights and weekends.
Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
Excellent organizational skills and resourcefulness.
Self-motivated and able to take direction.
Ability to stand for extended periods (~8 hours per shift).

Responsibilities

Skillfully prepare specialty coffee, tea, and liquor beverages to Ascension standards.
Deliver exceptional hospitality and guest service.
Maintain and troubleshoot coffee equipment and resolve basic issues.
Expand knowledge in specialty coffee, tea, alcohol, and hospitality.
Receive and apply feedback effectively with adaptability.
Build strong interpersonal connections with team members of all skill levels.
Communicate clearly to inspire and align teams.
Foster an inclusive, high-quality café culture through thoughtful interactions.
