Ascension Coffee is seeking a Barista to deliver exceptional coffee experiences and uphold our standards across espresso preparation, latte art, and brewing techniques. This hourly role emphasizes hospitality, guest service, and continuous learning in a dynamic café environment.

Ideal candidates will have specialty coffee experience, reliability for location-to-location travel, and availability for evenings and weekends, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and personal growth within our café

About the role

The Barista is a vital member of the café team, responsible for delivering exceptional coffee experiences. They are expected to develop and refine their barista skills, including espresso preparation, latte art, and proper brewing techniques, while continuously expanding their coffee knowledge. Baristas uphold Ascension Coffee's standards by ensuring consistency and quality in every cup. This is an hourly position.

What you'll do
