DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport – Rosemont is seeking a BC Café Barista to be the face of our on-site café, delivering warm hospitality while crafting coffee, espresso beverages, teas and other specialty drinks. You will greet guests, take orders with the POS, maintain a clean, well-stocked café, follow brand standards and safety guidelines, and support opening and closing duties.

As a BC Café Barista, you will be the face of our café, providing exceptional hospitality while preparing coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks.

Requirements

The BC Café Barista is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality coffee and beverage products, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café, and ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming environment that reflects the hotel’s brand standards.

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to We Proudly Serve Starbucks recipes and quality standards.
• Handle cash and credit transactions following company cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café area, including dining, condiment, and preparation stations.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Support daily café operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to guests when requested.
• Flexible to work early mornings, weekends and holidays
