Job summary

Hiltons at McCormick Place, operated by First Hospitality, is seeking a friendly Barista to join the Food & Beverage team in Chicago. You will prepare quality coffee and beverages, greet guests, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have strong basic math, lifting ability up to 25 pounds, and the flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Prior POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school or equivalent education required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to stand for hours at a time.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Requires grasping, writing, standing, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
• Knowledge of applicable computer programs for ringing up customer orders.
• Basic math skills required.
