Dorothy Lane Market is seeking a friendly barista to join the DLM Coffee Bar team in Mason, OH. The role involves greeting customers, crafting beverages, and learning coffee history and origins through on-the-job training.

• Assist customers with orders and beverage customization.
• Learn barista skills and DLM Coffee Bar standards.
• Maintain clean, organized station and follow safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to deliver Honest y Better® Food and Service.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly individual who has a contagious passion for great food and coffee to join our DLM Coffee Bar team. In our dynamic Coffee Bars, you’ll have the opportunity to complete barista-level trainings, learn about the history and origin of great coffee, and best of all – meet great people!

Qualifications:

• A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better® Food and Service.
• A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
• A willingness to practice theDLM Team Values:Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior coffee knowledge is a plus.
• 18 years or older is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for long periods of time.
• Lifting up to 30lbs.
• Must have holiday and weekend availability.
